Airway Veterinary Hospital was established in 1953, and is one of the oldest veterinary hospitals in Colorado Springs. We cater to animals large and small and to the individual needs of our clients. While the majority of our practice is comprised of dogs and cats, we also treat horses, cattle, goats, llamas and alpacas.
We provide 24 hour, seven days a week ambulatory service for the large animals.
At Airway Veterinary Hospital we take pride in moving forward with the times and changing technologies and methodologies. In 2003 we completely updated our in-house laboratory with he latest cutting edge equipment. We have extensive in-house laboratory capabilities including complete blood counts, biochemistry profiles, electrolyte profiles and blood gas analyzer. We also have portable laboratory equipment to use on ranch calls.
In the surgical field we offer the latest surgical laser techniques. We also have in-house radiology, ultrasound and endoscopes for further diagnostics.
In 2004 we updated our small animal dental capabilities. We installed a dental radiology unit and can offer the latest in dental imaging.
